KEEL SECTION

The keel is made from double-layered PVC fabric (two layers bonded together):

 Primary PVC fabric with a density of 950 g/m²

 Secondary PVC fabric with a density of 950 g/m²

 Total fabric density of the keel: 1900 g/m²

DECK SECTION

The deck is constructed from double-layered PVC fabric:

 Primary PVC fabric with a density of 950 g/m²

 Secondary PVC fabric (Mainstream Rough Skin textured PVC fabric) with a density of 1000 g/m²,

covering the cockpit area

 Total fabric density of the deck section: 1950 g/m²

BULKHEADS

The bulkheads are made from double-layered PVC fabric:

 Primary PVC fabric with a density of 1300 g/m²

 Secondary PVC fabric with a density of 650 g/m²

 Total fabric density of the bulkheads: 1950 g/m²

A diagonally cut, 40 mm wide PVC tape with a density of 950 g/m² (matching the color of the tube) is

glued around the deck perimeter.

The stern plug is made from PVC fabric with a density of 1450 g/m², layered 8 times, with a total density

of 11,600 g/m².

TUBES

The tubes, bow segment, and cones are made of PVC fabric with a density of 1450 g/m².

 The seams of the tube are reinforced with 40 mm wide diagonal-cut tape made from PVC fabric with a

density of 1050 g/m² or 1450 g/m².

 The internal bulkheads (between the air chambers) are made from PVC fabric with a density of 650 g/m².

 The lower section of the tube is reinforced with an additional layer of PVC fabric with a density of 1450

g/m².

BOTTOM PROTECTION

The entire boat below the fender (tube and keel) is armored with black or transparent polyurethane film

with a thickness of 0.5 mm.

TRANSOM

The transom base is made of 35 mm thick plywood, laminated on both sides, and equipped with:

 A 12 mm thick plywood overlay, laminated on both sides

 A 32 mm thick jet plate made of plywood, laminated on both sides

 Transom mounting reinforcement made of 3 mm stainless steel (4 units)

 Transom braces:

2 or 4 units
